Hey did you figure the flanges out? I honestly dont have an answer for you, but just know that when you tighten the bolts down that you must carefully watch your springs and make sure they are compressing without touching the shocks inside them. Just mess with it for a bit and youll get it, if you still have problems then let me know. I dont have access to my truck so I cant even go look
