Thanks, I'll chalk it up to normal. Funny thing is I don't recall my 2010 being as loud.

How loud are the cooling fans when your A/C is on. Mine sounds like there's a F15 taking off from under the hood.

When mine acted up on the 2010 it was moisture in the light housing, not in the hole in the cab. I disconnected the 3rd brake light and my other lights worked normally.

How did you get the tips nice and level and how close to the spare tire are your pipes? I installed the same kit over the weekend and my tips are slanted a bit and I'm about 1/2" away from the tire. I've loosened different clamps and just can't seem to get it looking like yours.

Other than emptying it is there any other routine maintenance needed? How often does it need to be emptied?

Do not use the screw type wire nuts like you see in homes. You could use a "crimp" wire nut inside the vehicle but under the hood you're going to want something water tight like a soldering and shrink tubing.

Did you get the muffler over the rear axle and out the rear or bring the tips over the axle and out the front?
