Ford pass points redemption

Has anyone successfully redeemed Ford pass points on accessories for their raptor? I have a few hundred thousand points I want to use but their website is a nightmare. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, sort of. I bought some random hats and stuff last time I was at the dealer. At this at this place, I had to go to the parts/accessories desk and make my order. I'd get my stuff and an invoice, which I had to take over to the cashier. Tell the cashier that I wanted to use reward points and she'd handle it from there.

I did look at trying to order stuff directly from Ford, but I couldn't see how. But you can use them at the dealership.

Yeah ordered and picked up from parts counter, just let them know you’re paying in points (not sure you can buy directly online and get shipped).

It took them 2 months to deduct the points from my account. I thought they forgot and I walked away with $200 in free stuff.

I'm actually using my 300k points from the Bronco which is roughly $2000 bucks to buy a tonneau cover for the raptor and the rest is going towards purchase price. I asked if I could use my points I would be getting from the purchase of the raptor towards the purchase price and they told me no it can't be done until it's earned which on my Bronco took about a week after delivery to show up.
