MSRP considered a "Low Bid" by Galpin Ford

I want to get a 2019 Raptor, fairly loaded, but seems all the dealers in California I have seen want huge markups. There is one here in Sacramento, Folsom Lake Ford, that wants 30K over msrp! Insane!
I might have to go out of State (NV or AZ?) to buy one at somewhat of a reasonable price. Any ideas?

A Ford Dealer (Sanderson Ford) in Glendale, AZ, had MSRP 2018s, but that's hardly a deal anymore.
Might check with Thoroughbred Ford in Kansas Cit, MO. They are very straight forward.
Typically sell at $2-4K under MSRP>

Raptor4You from a dealer in Tennessee offers them at MSRP and will ship it to a local dealer for a small fee that the local dealer will charge.

Corning Ford in CA is selling 2018's for MSRP and 2019's for 5K over MSRP. Just bought one from another dealer that had the color/options using that info.

Folsom Lake ford is still trying to rip people off off by charging 30K over MSRP (no, that was not a typo!)
