What is with RPG Offroad traction bars? Creaking noise!

I had RPG Offroad install their traction bars on my truck and they make a creaking noise when I accelerate or decelerate. Gave it a couple of weeks to settle in but the noise is still there. RPG Offroad will not return my calls or emails which totally sucks. Tried spraying the moving parts with silicone lube but that did not work. Has anyone had a similar problem with the creaking noise and if so, is there a solution. The noise is driving me crazy and it sucks RPG Offroad wont return my calls or email.

Noises like that drive me nuts. I would remove them, but then again I think I've learned my lesson and decided to keep my truck and future vehicles stock or oem plus.
