what is this regular cab raptor?

saw this in tucson today. didnt get out and inspect close but is that a gen1?

there were a couple guys by the trailer, i should have stopped and talked.

Not any gen 1 I've ever seen. They never made a raptor with that cab. Maybe its a purpose built truck for ford racing. Says 5.0L on cab. No 5.0L raptors that I've heard of.

Not a Gen1 with that Tailgate and never seen a regular cab...not up on my Gen's,but a Gen 3 tailgate with a F150 cab...a Frankenstein??

Not a lot to go on with two pictures from the same side . But I can tell you the following: tailgate, tail pipes at back, side vents, door handles and keypad are all not Gen 1.
