tune/exhaust question

So i have a 93 perf tune from 5 star.. when it was calibrated for a K&N CAI but stock everything else.. now i put in a MBRP turn down... will this mess my truck up since its not tuned for that??? i dont care if i could get better performance but i dont want to mess anything up... whats the worst that could happen??

Assuming it is just a cat back system there should be no need to revise the tune. If it is headers or cat delete you would want to change the tune but no worries for what you have.

Just catback is fine. Anything else would need the tune adjusted

I called into Mike about the same issue when I got my exhaust and he said exactly what these guys are saying unless you do headers or cat-delete you shouldn't need a new tune
