Smashed up my lower control arm

Have any of you guys ever had this happen? I apparently hit a rock pretty hard at TRR and smashed in the frame holding my LCA. I was planning on taking it into a body shop for repair, but wanted to know what you guys thought? Is it going to cause future damage? Can it just be bent back out and everything will be good? The circular part that was smashed is where my ADD bumper mounts up to the frame.

Heat + BFH + big crescent wrench or prybar = all better. JMHO

Wow! Nice hit! I banged up this area once too - but this looks like a serious hit! Lucky you had the ADD bumper that protects this area better than any other bumper on market afaik, otherwise things might have been even worse for you.

Good luck bending it all back into place!

Yep same problem but not as bad and ironically at TRR15 too....
