Yes just south of Tucson in Sahuarita. He basically rebuilt my Classic Bronco so I know he does great work. He hand fabbed up some brackets and built the hitch in a few hours. He wanted to tuck everything up and hidden behind the bumper and then put the plate on a spring loaded bracket. Receiver tube would have been hidden behind the plate. That would have been really cool
I know 454 Motorsports in Phoenix can do it as well but they are $550 and only open weekdays
