Rear Middle Headrest

Has anyone noticed how the rear middle headrest bumps out? My 10 y/o with or without a booster seat finds it pushes his head forward and isn't comfortable. I'd like to find a slimmer matching replacement if possible...

Should be able to remove it if you can’t find a replacement. Then take it to an upholstery shop to see if they and shave it down and re-upholster it.
