Not for the price you're charging. I get that it's memorable and you guys put in a lot of your time pre running the course. But I could save $2k and off road in California.

With that said, I wish I had an extra $2k laying around so I can go on the run

Once people experience the run we're putting on, they will understand why the expense is what it is. Just to give you a few reasons our expeditions in Baja are a cut way above anybody else:

- Hotel included all 4 nights
- Dinner included all 4 nights (some with beer also)
- Professionally mapped course with all hazards marked
- Professionally produced video of the event in high def format if your choice, filmed by dedicated videographers chasing group in a RZR XP1000
- Run Clothing for participants
- Custom Event trophy
- Professional mechanics on trail
- Commonly used spare parts available

In addition, we have arranged the following contacts:

- Approved by Mexico State tourism board for Baja, in conjunction with local land owners
- Insurance assistance ON SITE if incidents arise (adjuster literally escorts our group through Mexico)
- Medical support contacts on standby, including US support to expedite return to US if needed

This is not a "raptor run" with friends over local trails. This is an all-out experience like nobody else has offered for the average Raptor owner, let alone in Mexico! These trails have been hand picked, and we made many changes this past weekend to ensure that every owner would have an enjoyable yet challenging experience.

It's not for everybody, but those that have chosen to participate will agree this is a once in a lifetime adventure... Can wait for everybody to experience it! Hell, WE can't wait to do it again!

Geoff at Giant Motorsports is a great guy....can't go wrong.

With that said, why not go to both? Hah...best of both worlds baby. You can save up for the Baja trip. Long term goals. Also, for 500$ you better be prepared, if someone crashes you can't just pick up and go BBQ at your resort.

Gordon, are there more runs on the table at the moment? I would think that if this outing proces to be the epic run we're all guessing it'll be, there will be more opportunities down the road?

Yes there are. We are planning 3-4 runs next year including a run all the way to Cabo.

Looks like the next one will be around March. I will be in San Felipe for the 250 and Matt and I plan on prerunning then. We are thinking about doing another 500 mile run and adding a section we Preran last weekend. The only problem is, it was one of the hardest trails I have ever done. Doable, but very challenging.

So you think $2000 is too much for a fully Prerun mapped course, two chase trucks, mechanics, spare parts, dinner every night, rooms, a run in another country and everything else we provide? Maybe you should just stay in CA and do your own thing then. This run is not for you.

I do think it's high. But I never said it wasn't worth it. I just said I won't pay that. I also said if I had an extra 2k laying around that I would pay it. Could I save 2k in a few months? Sure. But I'd be neglecting everything else. If I had $50,000 in the bank? Sure. If be first one the list.

I'm just saying I can't justify the price. I never said it wasn't worth it because It comes with a lot of stuff, there's no denying that.

Wow. Thanks Lane. I thought we were over that issue. Way to tell me personally that it's water under the bridge but then put me on blast in front of everyone.
