New brakes scraping ?!?!

Found it. Took the calipers off and could hear it.. Loosened the park brakes and could hear it... The coating they put on the rotors was barely rubbing that rock shield wayyy inside, with a little love it's now silent.

It was where the shield bends in under the caliper.

Thanks to all that replied !
