There’s actually 11 diff part numbers; the “LA” suffix is for trucks with adjustable pedals, variable wipers, hydraulic steering, power tilt w/ memory column, and front and rear camera built 8-20-2012 to 10-28-2013. According to the parts catalog it’s discontinued.
