Hey, just out of curiosity, does anybody have Gloss Black powder coated Methods or does everyone have the flat black ones?

Another really dumb question about methods, are the bolts on the outer edge of the rim functional. Can I take them out if I wanted to powder coat the ring a different color without changing the bolt color?
