The speed limit thing is no big deal. It's way more fun to slide the truck sideways anyway. As fast as some sections in the CA desert are, my favorite parts are always the twists and bends.

Just leave it in 2wd,
traction control fully off
Off road mode on
locker pulled out and air up the rear tires so you don't hook up as good.

I don't think the fun factor is reduced by one ounce with this news.

Great Job Trey,

You've done a hell of a job organizing this whole thing.

^ I thought those died out back in the 80's with the lifted Toyota's.

Come on Rick,

You know you wanted this bad boy back in the 80's

After seeing one of those rolled and seeing how stupid they were, NOPE. I was sporting an Opel GT, skateboard and mountain bike in high school.

I have an '89 Toyota pickup w/that 22R on the farm. Most dependable motor ever. Period.

I liked the bumper sticker- "My other car is a time travelling DeLorean"

I had my "dream car" at the time- a '85 4X4 Suburban, with the same tires we have on the Raptor. It also had mood lighting and great audio system with the first Pioneer Premier with removable faceplate that hit the market. (In fact it was the first one in Texas, and I had to drive to Dallas just to pick it up from the Pioneer regional distributor)

Loved that thing...good times...then Iraq ruined gas prices and I had to sell it.
