Hi,

Does a Cobb ECU and TCM tune effect all the driving modes, or is it just active in Normal mode? For example, is weather mode altered? Or, is it the stock Ford map? How about sport?

How extensive does the Cobb alter the Raptor? In Sport, steering angles, throttle, shocks, etc are altered. What happens to the map parameters in all the other modes when you flash a Cobb ECU and TCM?

thanks.

AS far as I know, it impacts all modes. At least it does for goosetuned using the same accessport. But the modes still change, just more aggressive in each - think of it as proportional.

Not sure being more aggressive in all the other modes would be a good thing, like Weather.

Oddly enough, I called Cobb and asked the above, and they said they didn't know. They said they would refer it to their programming specialist.

Not really a problem for me and we have lots of crap weather here in wny. You can always Re flash to stock if needed. Takes less than 1 min.

Weather mode with goosetuned/intercooler/tcu/all bolt ons drives just like weather mode did when stock. Sport mode drives like sport mode did before but with better shifting and more power. They modes still do there things as intended.
