Ok I will say the bumper lights are great, but like said before they don't do well with uneven terrain. I first noticed this in some tall grass and then again at the TRR. The height just isn't high enough to help out. Have some plans of putting lights higher but all in time/money. :dancingpoop:

Now the first set pics are with out the HID retrofits from Raptor Retros and the pics after that are with HID head lights. I know the Retros make a huge differences but still its not an issue of light but more of an issue in the position of the lights to low.

Anyways the Offroad lights are 35w HID 7" with 4 of them and usually about $ 110 each shipped.

I was trying to think of a way to get my OnX bar up over the cab but far enough forward that the cab isn't keeping it from illuminating the ground in front of the truck.

What about something like this (very crude drawing).

It would put it just aft of the moon roof. That, or something like a police light mount style setup.

I would love to see like a 40" led light bar mounted up high in the grille above "ford" and flush mounted so none of the grille blocks the light. Would this be feasible? The light would be higher and not be blocked by the grille. Photoshop anyone?

I've thought about this. I think the main problem with a flush mount is the two metal braces that extend down vertically. I think they support the entire grill. I can't see a flush mount with them in the way.

I've also thought about cutting away the grill section at the lowest position, but again, I think this would weaken the grill too much.

So what brand of HID's are your offroad lights? Where did you get them?
