I would spend the $300-$350 for a PPI. I’ve bought cars sight unseen, and paid for things that couldn’t be shown with pictures and a video test drive. I paid $40k for my 2014 Supercrew almost 4 years ago, original owner, with 40k miles. I would say as long as there is no real rust, that is a fair price.
