I personally change oil every 4 (fully synthetic), Fuel/Air every 15, and transmission every 20/25.

I usually do axles/transfercase every 30/35 but i tow a lot and use 4wd quite a bit in the mountains skiing.

Goodluck with the fuel filter as I believe it's in the tank.

Why, they can now charge you your left arm for new injectors.

Since I did the fuel pump upgrade I know a little about this.
And it's not a filter, it's a micro mesh sock that slips over the fuel pump inlet.
Only costs about $365 the drop the tank.

My understanding is that since they started putting ethanol in the gas the mechanics have a great risk of getting cancer from this eco friendly fuel alternative.
When I had my Tahoe back in 2010 my dealer was no longer able the replace my fuel filter because of this. I was told to go to gas station or do it myself.

The mesh sock on the end of the pick up is nothing new. They've had that on the fuel pump for many years.

From what your saying, it seems that Ford removed the filter all together.

I wonder if there is a way to install an aftermarket filter inline?

Not too sure about that, the problem is that it's a return less system so the whole line is pressurized from tank to fuel rails.

From the manual:

FUEL FILTER
Your vehicle is equipped with a lifetime fuel filter that is integrated with
the fuel tank. Regular maintenance or replacement is not needed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT AUTOMOTIVE FUELS
Important safety precautions

WARNING: Do not overfill the fuel tank. The pressure in an
overfilled tank may cause leakage and lead to fuel spray and fire.

WARNING: The fuel system may be under pressure. If you hear
a hissing sound near the fuel filler door (Easy Fuel “no cap”
fuel system), do not refuel until the sound stops. Otherwise, fuel may
spray out, which could cause serious personal injury.

WARNING: Automotive fuels can cause serious injury or death
if misused or mishandled.

WARNING: Fuel ethanol and gasoline may contain benzene,
which is a cancer-causing agent.
