I used it this past Friday and I didn't notice any unusual noises/sounds. I don't know the grade percentage, but it was moderate to steep while towing about 2500 lbs of trailer/load.

This is exactly what I have experienced as well. Particularly with the Sirius. It sounds like someone is firmly pressing a pillow over the speakers.

I think he has some package deals posted on here somewhere. I seem to remember a Level 1, 2, and 3 type thing he had going on. It's been a while though. I was planning on ordering from him if I can ever find a shop on the east coast I trust to do the work.

ROFL. What he said. Disregarding any ****** innuendo, insert the nozzle completely then back it out about a half-inch. You're simply aligning the nozzle to the angle of the filler neck.
