95% Condensation in headlights

Take them out of the truck, turn them upside down to dump the water out then, blow with compressed air and let dry overnight out of the truck. Run a bead of clear silicon around the seals. Reassemble and throw a few desiccant packs in the hole where the bottom bulb goes. Been down this road and no issues since.

Think I will do that when/if I get these replaced. Thanks for the suggestion. Do you silicone over the breath holes too?

No, leave the breather holes open. Light will get condensation no matter what, but what you have is very excessive.
You need the holes which should actually be a membrane to allow that moisture to dissipate.

Ditto above. Leave the breathers open. I haven't seen a hint of condensation in 6 months. Whatever little accumulates is soaked up with the desiccant. Actually learned that trick from the Hyundai Genesis forums of all places.

Rick its pretty obvious they were dusty inside then condensation built up, splashed around and caused the muddy water... clearly a seal issue. If you know what i mean.
