As most of you have seen, we have done some extensive builds here at Outlaw Raptor in the past. Most of what we have posted are the "off road capable" upgrades that we have designed for Raptors. Now it's time to start posting some of the full "luxury pre runner" Raptors that we have been building. Our plan is to show you all of the different phases of the builds one at a time. Then we will finish it up with a testing video of the Raptor and how it works. We think this is the best way to showcase our work to you guys and how the end result comes out. Please feel free to ask any questions about the builds at any time!

Dr. Frankenstein Luxury Raptor Pre Runner Day 1.

The Raptor is first placed in our light assembly side of the shop. We start with a full break down of all interior and bolt on parts.

If any of you Raptor owners have ever taken apart any home appliance then you can just imagine how intense it is to strip a Raptor's interior down completely. The key to doing it right is keeping all the take off nut, bolts and parts organized. So when final assembly comes the hunt is not on. It also helps to have ASC Ford mechanics working on the project.

Now that we have completely stripped down the interior we start cutting holes in the floor in pre marked areas. To answer your questions yes this Raptor is getting a full 2" roll cage to start. We remove as much as we can so we can fit the tube as perfect as possible.

We also remove the inner cross brace inside of the cab.

Now we start to layout the roll bar lay out.
