Just getting started. Hit LEX Motorsports today for tint and hood vinyl.
Went 20% ceramic for the doors/rear and 35% windshield.
Satin black 3m vinyl for the hood:

Prior to this I added some minor things - DeeZee tailgate assist, MasterLock tailgate lock, and AFE Stage II CAI

Still to come - exhaust (most likely mbrp turndown) and then will figure out the rest as it comes to me.......

Looks good. How do you like the 35% on the front? Easy to see out of? Would you go darker or lighter on it?

Thanks fellas! On tint, the windshield is fine at night. The side windows are a little tough to see out of, especially on streets with no streetlights. WAY better during the day with the AZ sun though, so it's a decent tradeoff

Sooo after spending a few hours reading E63's build, I was struck by the 1st page (rust on undercarriage). Looked under my truck and sure enough:

Not too bad, it's a brand new truck so pretty much all surface rust.
I spent a couple hours with a wire brush and some rust converter:

That's what it should look like after rust converter.
Will spray it all with flat black rustoleum tomorrow.

Yeah i was surprised too. It came from NY and was there during the storm, then hauled open carrier to me in scottsdale, where rust is a non-issue. Not sure what else to think or do. ideas? Doubtful the dealer will do anything.

Oh, and happy bday to your ride! One of my favorites on here
