My raptor is on its way to my dealer this morning because it literally wont even idle without backfiring, missing and throwing a litany of DTCs.

And... The other glorious news that I got is that because ford sent out a metric ton of recall notices, Dealers are now left to their own discretion as to whether or not they provide a loaner vehicle.

Guess who doesn't get a loaner? The guy who has spent over 250K with ford in the last 3 years.

To put this into context, my gt350 sat at the dealer for 3 months waiting for transmission parts with the tail housing cracked. No, I did not file a lemon law suit.



suffice to say, My next vehicle will ABSOLUTELY not be another Ford.

All those engine problems...how many mods do you have?

As for the recall notices, thats not shocking, most car companies don't wish to fix anything unless its necessary, and if you're out of warranty, they don't owe you a loaner. Any company handles it that way.

i have a catch can and an svc intercooler. its an 18 with 7500 miles on it.

Made servicing the JLT catch cans much easier a few months back, works like a charm.

Working on installing my suspension upgrades from bajakits. Another pair of hands would definitely come in handy. Rear is done and have been working on the front today. Drivers side done and on my way back out for the passenger side. This is my first post, but have definitely enjoyed reading the forum. The pics are from the last few days up to now working on my girl.

Right on, those signs crack me up lol! Not just, you know, garden-variety soft sand, it's EXTREMELY soft sand, OMFG.

Yeah, stock spindles and bump stops are on the list. Seems like any part associated with the name Raptor makes it 3 times more expensive.
