Well I have reflashed my SCT tunes from one to another back to stock and so on, I don't see why not!

It's just coding on a computer

As far as I know a supercharged Raptor will not run properly with a stock N/A tune. I'm assuming that you're supercharged.

Henessey velociraptor 475 is just a cold air intake, exhaust and tune I think. The 600 is the supercharger
