Driver side hub SNAPPING ! WTF

2012 Roush and my drive side hub snaps soooo bad it hurts!
Turning in 4x4, Backing up in 4x4, and under load 4x4 -snap snap snap
Anyone else?

My truck is also dying! Only 10,000 miles
Stalls when I'm at a 60mph, super scarey, no brakes or steering!
The Roush Supercharger has no boost and shit all for power
Valves are ticking and the cats are blown again.
I'm getting wicked Gas milage 5.6 mpg
It's on my flat bed being towed back to ford again, but they say they can't fix it?

I can't be the only one

I'm gonna drive this thing off a cliff !!!!

I hate ford and there service blows!
They don't even give me a curtisy car when the have my truck for a month!

Only good thing about the truck is suspension and looks.

I will never buy a Ford or Roush again

Whipple all the way!!!

Anyone wanna buy a raptor ;)

here, on frf
how often do you use 4x4? its only a part time 4wd so you should only use it in snow, mud or soft sand. also you shouldnt do sharp turns

You either snapped your hub, iwe or driveshafts. It happens get over it and fix it, your fault you are using 4x4 when you dont need to, rule of thumb if you cant get passed something in 2wd then pop 4hi - not on your driveway.

As for the roush i dont know.... Why dont you call them its underwarranty.

What a whiner!! If you are not happy with your dealer, then go find another one that will deal with you! I've never asked for a loaner vehicle as I have extra's but they will always give me one if i needed it.

My driver side hub does the same thing with any load on it at all, and I can assure you it isn't operator error.

Ok you got that frustration out now focus on getting it fixed correctly.
What type of warranty is given to a roush setup? Do you call roush?
I'm thinking that's what i would do,call roush ask calm honest questions .if you start throwing a fit saying its all junk they are not going to help you figure out what's wrong and how they can help.act like a spoiled child they will treat you like one.focus the frustrations on being calm and persistent.
