Ford Techs please help! Camera broken, dealership tryna rip me off!

OK Got the truck back last weekend, Camera looks great way more HD than it ever was before even at night!

To to resurrect a dead thread but thought I'd share my recent experience with a local Ford dealership about this exact issue.

Brought our 2013 SHO in for backup/rear camera not working, quoted us $850-ish. Left side mirror, heating element burned up and put a nice little burn mark on the mirror also caused the entire mirror to look tinted all the time. Quoted $550 for that.

We luckily got a good customer service rep to help get everything covered under our extended warranty.

Btw, back up camera replacement looks 500% better than the stock one. The stock one never looked right from day one.
