hamster, that looks solid. What did you spend on the Ford Performance cover and excuse my ignorance but what is HDMP?

Thanks!

I can't remember exact cost, but got it from CJ Pony and had like $50 rebate coupon.

As for HDMP....

If it makes you feel better $80k trucks and $100k SUV’s have the same rust

Some do sure but very far from a lot - this isn't normal and up to the owner if its acceptable

I've walked from 4 F150s with undercarriage surface rust - my others are like Jake's pictures after multiple NE winters

It's purely cosmetic and shouldn't hurt anything. That said...geez! I've never seen a new truck that bad. Shoot, most of the 10-year-old used trucks we get in at work aren't that rusty.

I know it's just cosmetic and won't hurt the truck but I'd argue a brand new $70K truck shouldn't have ANY rust.

2 Canadian winters

Did you wire wheel the whole axle before painting? Or just spray and go?
