Default New NavTv install
Noah|

Installed the NavTv unit yesterday...everything went smooth, but have a issue.. I can't zoom down to street level in the map screen and the gps positioning is incorrect. ..ideas??

This is on initial start up of the vehicle , command navigation, zoom street, i get a gray screen.. If i back out to .5 on the zoom, i can see the main roads

Noah is quick to respond and is on top of the matter. We are going to reflash the modules and see if that fixes the issue.

This matter was resolved..not exactly sure what we did, but the unit is functioning properly. Noah could not have more helpful or profesisional in resolving this matter.

What seems tobe your issue??
