Would you?
1-cut out the cats?
2-cut out the Resonator?
3-install a cut-out?

If you're installing Headers with cats why would you cut out the cats? Depending on the Borla system the resonator might be removed anyway.

It depends on the Tuner mostly.
If you're sticking with the Whipple Tune, call them for best setup.
Also what setup are you going with? The 700+ HP kit Stage 2?
Cut outs are a waste of money no HP gain just noise.

My truck came from Shelby with with Whipple and Borla installed w/resonator
I'm now adding the ARH headers.
What would be the best tune?
Custom shop or one of the aftermarket units

Shelby doesn't give you the SCT X4 hand held programmer?

You do need a header Tune from Whipple.

Whipple will know what kit is in your truck and give you the right tune for the mod change.

i will not recommend AHR headers , also be aware of the noice and terrible drone . i will recommend tune from JDM or Whipple .
