I had been reading about the Pedal Commander and began to do some research. I was interested in the ability to change the throttle response as I felt like my truck had too much lag from the pedal input. While I am pleased with the Dyno tune on my truck and the power it makes when I really press the pedal, for everyday driving the lag was bothersome. Instead of having it redynoed and trying to explain to the tuner what I wanted, I decided to try a pedal commander. I read all the posts here and then watched videos and read other information about it. Pedal Commander themselves said it was capable with tunes and tuners so I decided to give it a try. I looked around for a good price and got one under retail. After using it for about a week, I can say that I am very pleased with the result. I tried different modes and settled on City +1 for everyday driving. I don't see myself changing the settings a lot but for me to be able to dial in the throttle response like I wanted it was worth it and costs quite a bit less than having the dyno done again. No issues so far and I am very pleased with the product. My truck is a 2017 with Stainless Works Catted downpipes, Magnaflow full exhaust, Whipple Large Mega Cooler and CAI with dyno tune. I highly recommend this if you want to tweak the throttle response. I'm much happier with the drivability of the truck as a daily driver.
