Anyone else had an actuator failure? I read that a few members have had issues with electronic tailgates not opening. My two-week old 2018 had a working tailgate until last weekend when I took her off-road. I doubt the excursion had any impact on the tailgate, a pretty mild drive on forest service and old logging roads, but it wouldn't open when we got home. I tried all the recommendations in the forum (pushing on the gate, checking for rubber bushings/stoppers that are twisted, praying 3 times a day, playing Stairway to Heaven backwards), but no luck. Took it into the Ford dealer today...they just called to tell me the actuator failed. Part arrives next week.
