When it comes to modifications, I like to pursue those that lighten my vehicles up as much as possible and then improve the stock suspension. That being said, I'm interested in hearing the opinions of guys who switched from OEM to Venomrex / Vorsteiner wheels. They seem to be the lightest and best priced option out there. Did you guys notice a substantial difference in driving characteristics with the decrease in weight? Was it worth the swap? I currently have the OEM 2020 bead locks (37 lbs each) so this purchase is not necessarily for looks, but performance only. The next step will be changing to Toyo AT3s, which are 6 lbs lighter per tire. In total, I'll end up saving 19 lbs per corner. Any input on quality and performance is appreciated.
