[QUOTE="Chris@FreedomMotorsports, post: 675616, member: 8341"] Ok, I am still working on the finalized details for the dead pedal, but I have an update to put out there now for those in a hurry. The basic information right now is this. They will be available in two initial colors, "clear" (meaning, they are made of steel and will be coated in such a way to look like steel with no color) and black powder coat. We are working on offering other colors and will offer them if there is enough interest in each particular color, ie: red, white, blue, whatever. As you will see in the pics below, there are two holes for "********" it to the floor if you feel the need, but that shouldn't be necessary. Also, the attachment mentioned and shown in previous images for the piece to go around the floor mats will be available if enough people want it, fabricating that piece alone takes more than expected. THAT being said, while it is not necessary to do so, Craven is recommending that customers do in fact mount this to the floor with self tapping screws that they provide with the pedal. For most, not mounting to the floor like that should not be an issue, but for the more die hard offroaders COULD present an issue if the pedal actually moves, although the pedal is going to be extremely strong and should not move in MOST conditions if not mounted to the floor, but it should be known that if not mounted to the floor, it is possible that the pedal COULD be knocked to one side or the other under extreme situations. The pedals will be dimpled with the holes as well. The images below show what you will receive, but they are plastidipped at this point for example use only. The initial run will be for 60 units to be made. Also, at this point, it is only the dead pedal itself. IF there is enough interest in having a full kit to include matching covers for the other pedals. Now for the part you've all been waiting for, the price. The price for this pedal will be $89 plus shipping.
