K&N SS-2011 Oil Filter-Last the lifetime of your vehicle?

K&N SS-2011 Oil Filter

I had never heard of these until I just looked at their web site. I wonder what normal driving conditions means. Does anyone know something about these. Has anyone tried one yet?

It wouldn't cost $250 for as long as you owned the truck to change the regular filter at every oil change and know it's clean.

SS doesn’t filter as well as synthetic media like WixXP. Don’t waste your money.
