Why does the gen 2 front coils not fit 15-17 Ford F-150 with a lift kit?

The Gen 1 Raptor was basically a "modified" f150.
The gen 2 is still an F150 but the frame is different also the coil buckets that the top of the shock/spring bolt to is different.
A "lifted" f150 is not what a Raptor is.
