[QUOTE="raisins, post: 1534870, member: 22474"] I'll try and go back tomorrow. Kicker is they want $46k :rotflmao:. I looked at the dude after he told me the price and almost blurted out laughing. I said if this thing wasn't a rust bucket, I would be all over it. He had the balls to respond, 'rust? but it's 7 years old. What do you expect?' There were so many answers I wanted to give, but dealing with them there is equivalent to speaking to a goldfish. I thanked him for his time and left. Another time I went there was to ask about how the Ford GT ordering process works since we were allocated one. The welcome packet states to find a participating Ford dealer that will help us through the process. I know they have had some allocations go through them, so I decided to stop by. The receptionist calls over the 'Ford Performance specialist' and this younger guy walks over. I say, okay cool young dude and I can talk cars. The kid had this dead attitude towards me (and I'm a pretty social, happy and talkative guy) and seemed as if the basic questions I was asking him were a nuisance and then... kicker... starts telling me how Ford is continuing the build process and have allocated 1600 GT's for sale, and will continue to build them for the foreseeable future. I looked at him and politely tried to correct him by saying, no there are only 1350 being built and this 350 being the last batch. He had the nerve to be more of an ass and tell me that he's the Ford Performance specialist and I'm wrong. Same thing that time, thanked him for his time and walked out. It blows my mind, just absolutely blows the hair off my head how clueless some of these Ford dealers are when it comes to their own vehicles they sell. I wish it was more about passion over a dollar.
