I simply like the fact that it's cast iron rather than aluminum. I would like to replace the oil pan, front diff, and any other aluminum piece on my truck with cast iron if possible. I realize it's a little heavier, but I prefer durability over weight especially since the weight is negligible.</p></blockquote><p></p>
