Sound like the guys at San Tan Ford (I can read the plate frame) ***** you using the entire truck, hopefully they lubed up the fenders first. All new trucks come with the Ford new vehicle 3/36 bumper to bumper and 5/60 powertrain warranty, if you believe you had to buy the warranty to have anything THEY LIED TO YOU. I was pricing out the 8 year/125K ($50 deductible) and 8/125K prepaid maintenance options from Flood Ford online, cost for both plans is just over $5,000. Sounds like you overpaid by $10K?! Read your paperwork carefully, you might have 30 days to cancel. You might want to contact the State Attorney General's office or contact an attorney. I couldn't ever enjoy that truck knowing that I got ****** so hard by dealership thievery, I would get a serious case of sore ass every time I sat in it. I test drove a Raptor there last month and did feel like I needed a shower afterwards. They weren't budging off MSRP for the truck I was looking at. The truck looks like an 802A, so MSRP probably $70-72K. With the ****** battery and our high sales tax rate I'd guess the out the door price was $93K with tags. It should've been about $78K plus the $5K for 8/125 warranty and maintenance from Flood Ford.
