I recently had a terrible experience with a Stage3, their customer service sucks and their return policy isn’t pretty either. Although, I am willing to admit, they do ship fast, they will never see my money again. SPD never responds to my emails. So I could imagine what returning or exchanging or getting help would be like. KC never responds to emails either. So far the best experience I’ve had is with Apollo Optics, Nick is an awesome guy. He’s always active on the forum aiding in anyway he can and prices are pretty good. I’m actually surprised how fast their shipping is too! I ordered an exhaust and received it within two days or so. CJ Pony Parts is another good experience. CJ Pony hasn’t let me down with my ‘65 Mustang, ‘15 Mustang, or the Raptor thus far. Customer service has been pretty great. American Muscle/Trucks I’ve rarely dealt with so I don’t have much to say about them other than shipping being slow. I think I‘be been spoiled by Amazon, honestly. Their customer service is unbeatable. Anyway, looking forward to reading your experiences. Update: Forgot to mention SVC and Full Race! SVC has been great at responding emails. Dominic @svc has been pretty consistent on answering emails and has shown great customer service/support. As some of you may know, I am currently overseas and being overseas makes it hard to call and follow up on orders, get questions answered, or get anything resolved, so it is greatly valued and puts me at ease ordering from them due to their customer service. Their intercoolers never go on sale! lol (priciest our of the bunch) but after plenty of research I decided to go with their intercooler due to design (the engineer inner me likes this). The design is perfect and will make it so much easier to deal with. Big plus on the BOV port being near the top of the intercooler. I believe FullRace offers this as an add on, as well. FullRace! I kept going back and forth between the SVC and FullRace’s intercooler since before I even bought the dang Raptor! FullRace has been remarkable as well on answering emails and their parts are very reputable. To no surprise, FullRace seems to offer the best cooling from what I’ve gathered, and I wouldn’t expect anything less from them (I look forward to upgrading to FRs bigger turbos in the future, possible past warranty :anitoof:). FRs was ideal for me because of the Arizona heat in the summer. But in the end, SVC isn’t far off on the cooling end of the spectrum, and they have the ultimate fitment, especially if you later decide to go with an SVC bumper. Anyway, I decide to go with their radiator and transmission oil cooler and received it pretty fast. I ordered during the holidays from them and they still answer questions and were kind enough to email me to verify my ordered and shipping address. I’ve never had a company do any of those things. I’m also not sponsored or affiliate with any of the companies mentioned above. My review is solely based on personal customer service.
