OP probably already made his decision but I can weigh in here. Recently went from a Gen3 35 to a '23 37 (finally arrived 16 months after placing my order). My observations: The 35 definitely has more zip in city driving. Noticeable difference in acceleration and hammering it on the highway or from a stop in Sport. Braking and steering response felt better in the 35 as well. Gas mileage a little better but who cares. IMO the 37 is the best looking truck out there, period. I haven't pounded on it off road yet but the little I've done it feels better on ruts and washed out fire roads. It took me a while to get used to the Recaro seats. At first, I hated them compared to the standard ones in the 35. They seem to sit lower and stiffer. But I've come to really like them. Or maybe I've just gotten used to them.
