brake squeal

At 33k miles I have a low speed squeal coming from the rear brakes. Initially thought it was the front and pulled both the front wheels and calipers. Lots of pad left, I'd say 60-70%. So it's the rears. They only make noise at low speeds, like below 5mph. Sometimes it makes no noise whatsoever...
