    Bigg50’s 2019 Raptor

I was getting some at full compression the very top of the fender liner and flare. I pulled them off, trimmed the lip of the flare back about an inch where it was catching/rubbing. I then cut about an inch of the fender lip back. Drilled new mounting holes for the liners to mount to the fender...

    Bigg50’s 2019 Raptor

Hello everyone! Shockingly I decided to retire the Gen1. It’s been amazing truck. I picked up a 2019 and pretty much set it up just like my Gen1. For suspension, I went with Icon 3.0’s, upper control arms, rear springs, bump stop kit. For bumper, went with SVC’s new Mojave bumper. Super...

    Negative 12 offset

The specs of the tire help a lot. A 37x12.5 will help a lot with rubbing. Just don’t go with something like the Toyo 37x13.5. Their specs actually are 14.5” wide. The main area you will get rubbing is the inner fender. Just have to be comfortable trimming there. You should be good if you’re ok...

    Falken MT review

Falkens continue to kick ass. Put another 600 offroad miles on them since Utah and still no flats. I've rotated them once now as the rears wear faster for obvious reasons. Continue to love them. Pic from the EXO Black Rock to Bodie Run. IMG_8951 by Expedition X Offroad, on Flickr And...

    Ford raptor towing capacity increase.

You may know this but none of these mods will legally improve your tow rating. If in an accident your insurance may not cover you as well.

    Icon RXT suspension in action

I can accomadate that as well. I'll post up something next week. I'm on my way out the door for my brother's bachelor's party. The SVC bedcage setup with 3.5 works really well on Donnie's truck which I have footage of. I'll post it up. ---------- Post added at 01:49 PM ---------- Previous...

    Icon RXT suspension in action

I was going 60-65ish. Not sure exact speed for the black truck as I wasn't driving it. I'd say around 50ish for the black truck. Both trucks were pushing the limits of how fast you'd want to go given their capabilities.

    Icon RXT suspension in action

Thought you guys might like this little clip we took down in Baja. Cool sequence showcasing the difference between the Icon RXT kit and a standard 3.0 setup. The black truck is equipped with Fox 3.0's, deavers, and bumpstop kit. My truck has a single 3.0 in front and RXT in rear. I've been...

    Falken MT review

Thought I'd give an update on the tires. They continue to perform really well. We had a lot of mud on our last run through Arizona and Utah. The tires kept us moving. I was able to self recover after being stuck twice. Still no flats between my truck and Gordon's which is huge based on how...

EXO - Return to Baja Run - May 12th-16th - Pics and Vids

No, they can't really capture the full experience. Right on, I wanted cath the race as well but the wife's birthday falls on the same weekend so no race this year.

    Falken MT review

Tread life seems great so far. I have have about 4-5K miles on them. I'll be sure to update the thread regularly as I put more miles on them. I'd actually say they are quieter than the old AT's. Can't speak for their new ones. I'd say they are a bit smoother/quieter than the BFG MT's...

    anyone run the falken 37's

Just did a review here: http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f25/falken-mt-review-48968/#post1013996 2 monts and 4 miles on them so far. They ride great and perform well off-road. I know we are sponsored by them, but in all honesty they really are a great tire.

Haven't ever ran the Coopers. The reviews I came across were soso. Sorry I can't speak from personal experience. I'll be sure to update this thread as I put more miles on them on and off-road.

    Falken MT review

Hi All, After months of courtship we were able to land Falken as a sponsor for EXO. This is something we were really excited about because of our experience with the now discontinued Falken AT's. The AT's had proven themselves to be an amazing desert tire. Thick sidewalls and very resistant to...
