I have done a few electrical assisted steering installs on other cars, I have been meaning to try and get one in my raptor but I haven't had the downtime yet to figure all the details out. I need to crunch some numbers and get all my math right and then find a box that will get the job done...

You might of had some kind of momentary PATS issue. A full tank on a small incline shouldn't cause a no start. If its happens again look for the flashing PATS light on the dash.

I usually throw in a dash adjustment just for that.

Overall your alignment looks pretty good. Factory specs always like to add a small amount of positive toe. However, I prefer to get my toe as close to 0 as possible. The positive toe is usually to help compensate for toe in and toe out while turning, but this causes some wear in straight line...

Not to be the jerk pointing out mistakes but you want a .5 stagger on your caster with the higher side being on the right if you want it pull left for road crown. Feel free to post up your alignment print out, Id like to take a look at it if its still an issue.....

Probably just low fluid....if its low and really cold out the thicker oil might pull some air in until it thins out. Just a thought

Do a quick ride height measurement to confirm its low. Compare measurements left to right. If it is off from the factory measurements something is bent/broken. A good visual inspection would yield something not looking right at that point.

You should really be making a caster measurement with some wheel bubble levels while at your ride height.....putting an angle finder on different parts of the suspension is not going to work.
