For the Baja Squadron Pro fogs and driving lights, I just used the factory Ford connectors and those lights do not go through relays. Those 2 circuits (factory fox switch and Aux1) have not blown fuses powering the Squadron Pros so I just left them directly wired. So Relay #1 in my relay box is...
Raptors are $100,000+/- vehicles but at the end of the day they are still Ford's and pickup trucks. Just because we paid a lot for them does not mean you are going to get the fit and finish of a German car.
No heat issues. Been out in Borrego with it. My printer prints at 500˚F with carbon fiber—same printer that NASA, US Army, Ford, etc. use. Pretty sure since all the other plastic in my engine compartment isn't melting, my parts will be just fine. If you think about it, you can pop your hood...
I like the idea of deleting the tail pipes. Is there any reason that I couldn't do the same but just further up after it comes out of the muffler? I don't want to cut and there is a joint right after the muffler where the pipes go from three back to two. Just clamp on the turn downs there? Also...
You can see in the pics the match. Not sure any other powder coat would be closer. Certainly, don't do gloss black as the flares are not gloss and are not black.

ACC relocate works fine for me. Used the ADD new version (there is an old version that gave people issues). I don't see why you couldn't use the ADD bracket as it is not dependent on the bumper at all. Also, on the ADD bracket make sure the connector for the module is fully seated. If you...
Stock rigid lights came off long ago. The sides have 10" Rigid light bars and the middle is a 20" Rigid. The ACC module is relocated up into the grille.
LOL on this one. That's not how you remove the spare. Have someone show you or read the manual (OP is now creating a thread that says truck did not come with a manual ).
Unfortunately, where I live, I would get a fixit ticket every week. The cops here wait for people to roll into town with front tint and no front plate.
Makes the truck look a lot more aggressive and cleaner:
And being in CA, I have to have a front plate so I made a floating license plate bracket:

Those will bend under a real load. Steel is way stronger than aluminum (even 6061). If those were 3" thick, maybe they would have the same strength as the stock steel hooks.
The loudness isn't as bad as the fact the exhaust sounds like someone who had to buy the V6 Charger because they couldn't afford the Hellcat so they put some fart cans on the exhaust. It sounds fine when you are ripping Baja style through the desert but around town when you have to step on the...
Yes, 3D printed. The file is here: https://www.dananeibert.com/client/forum/Raptor-Relay-Box-Mount.stl
You will want to make sure it is printed with something that can handle high temps as it gets hot in the engine bay. A lot of 3D printer material can get soft when subjected to heat.
I used 3M...
The connector comes with the breaker. It fits into the connection. I solder the hell out of mine so it becomes like a solid chunk of metal. Then you put the connector into the breaker and secure it with the set screw.
No fading issues. But I did replace two of the pods with XL80s to make it...
Yes, that all sounds correct.
I used this waterproof relay box: https://amzn.to/3tUamsQ
I used this waterproof breaker: https://amzn.to/3u07Hy3
I had to make my own custom mount for the relay box. I made it fit between the Ford fuse box and the sheet metal with no extra space so that the...
