Yes the 2010 has a separate transmission controller setup instead of the PCM taking care of all of it. The TCM is on the lead frame in the 2010 which is why our valve bodies and lead frame are so much more expensive but it doesn't have the same issue with ferrous and magnetic material shorting...

I would check your rear driveshaft and see if it's actually the driveshaft clunk and not a shock, if you have one stuff a GoPro under there and reproduce the conditions that lead to the noise and see if you can visually see anything moving around.

If you let it idle and spray brake clean near the intake joints, not the filter, the engine will surge if it's pulling in air from after the inlet. The resonator etc could be leaking and whistling.
