I was mainly curious if anyone does it in conjunction with a tire rotation like one member mentioned above just to keep the barrel of the wheel and inner outside part of the tire clean. Also, I don't just drive in Long Beach. I'm frequently in Big Bear, Mammoth and Tahoe during the winter as...
I put Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating on my truck today. I didn't use surface prep but I did clay mitt the truck and dry using detail spray. I'm hoping I still achieved a solid bond of ceramic coating.
Adam's - did I just waste my time or will I get some good results from applying the ceramic...
Does anyone put Tire Armor from Adam's (or any product) on the outside of the inside facing side of their tires as a part of their winter prep routine?
I'm hoping that this adjustment is available on the Camburg UCA as well. I'm running stock Live Valves and Eibachs (1.7" lift). So if I can adjust the sensor arm with the UCA bracket and then do a ride height recalibration the truck should be perfect.
I've been extremely happy with them. They look incredible. The silver springs with the Magnetic truck looks great. They make the stance of the truck look great too. As for performance I think the on-road ride is great. The thud or clunk is noticeable over large bumps but I'm going to take it to...
What exactly did you ask the dealer to do? Were they familiar with the process? It doesn’t sound like the dealer I called knows what they are doing. But perhaps I can guide them in the right direction.
I spoke to one dealer on the phone today and they said that I could bring it by and they would run the VDM for the shocks to relearn their appropriate level. One dealer turned me away because they didn't install the springs. the one that said they would do it didn't really know how or what to do...
Yes that’s exactly what mine feel like. 2020 with Eibachs. Noticed it right away. I’m getting the Camburg UCA. I’m hoping that helps. Maybe do a re-learn as well. Idk.
Eibach installed mine at their shop in Corona and said they did an alignment. I didn't feel like it was right. I had my tire shop look at it and do another adjustment. They didn't do it right but it was better. Then I took it off road and the steering wheel was off center. Looked for a true...
I think I may have found the answer to my question... See attached file for install instructions. Says the sensor is relocated. Looks like it is moved down. I assume this is in order to retain proper geometry.
Got it. All good info. I guess what I'm wondering is in regards to what I believe is the position sensor that connects to the UCA. See attached pics. Will the Camburg UCA remounting of the position sensor and the shape and geometry of the UCA return the position sensor to closer to that of the...
I already have the Eibachs installed. It’s much firmer over bumps. I assume because the live valve is at the upper limit. Will the UCA help correct that?
Hi guys - I took my truck to Dale at Dave's Frame and Alignment last week and he suggest I add the Camburg Kinetik UCA. He said that it would improve handling. Does anyone run this set up on a 2020 or 2019 with live valves (stock). Will it only improve handling or will it improve the way the...
