My 19 started doing this after the first year. Finally took it into the dealer for something else and they offered to replace the steering wheel for me because of the stripe.
Have you seen much improvement on 91? I know that the results are great with the 93 tune, but best I can do in NorCal is 91 or e85 (sometimes). I have been considering a tune, but dont know how much more power I will see on 91.
Great write-up. You will be very happy with this setup. I did the same thing last year and haven't looked back. I will say that we also installed the Daystar cradles so that the bags arent bolted down a the bottom. Still get full movement when offroading, then i can air up when I want to...
I have these installed with Daystar cradles. They allow me not to attach the bags at both ends so they don’t impact the factory suspension (to my knowledge). But when I pull my boat I can inflate the bags and they set into the cradles and lift the rear perfectly. Had a local fab shop customize...
I installed a flex fuel sensor in my Z06 so that my tune would auto adjust based on fuel fed through the injectors. Living in Cali we are stuck with crappy 91 or E85, so this allowed me to run 91 wherever I Go or blend E85 based on availability up to E60 for more power.
is this possible with...
My trailer weight is pretty similar and my 2019 never had an issue except for a long trip with a full bed. I didn’t like the amount of sag so had some bags installed with custom bracket and daystar cradles.
a couple of FRF members powered installs with great pictures on here and I followed...
My buddy in Costa Mesa just bought a 2020 well below MSRP...Might help that he also bought a GT350r from them two days prior.
PM me your details and I can put you in touch.
They F’ed up my Z06 as well. I was there for 5 hours and they chipped two rims, installed the wrong tires and 3 of 4 tires went completely flat on my way home. I looked up the GM and president and complained to them. Those employees shouldn’t be working on $100k Cars. I will never go back there...
Beautiful truck - making me want to take off and head to Tahoe now. Need to wait a couple more weeks.
Raining too much to play in the Z06 and working too much to take the Raptor to the snow. - I need to get out more.
Awesome...thanks guys. I’m excited to test this thing out later this month. I’ll stick with the stock K02s for now and will need to decide between these or the Ridge Grapplers when it’s time to replace them.
now to decide where to spend the tire money I just saved....winch and FMIC?
What tires and drive mode do you like in thick snow? I had Toyo MTs on my Silverado and never had an issue. Going to Tahoe with my 19 SCREW for the first time and they just got a ton of snow.
