Sorry, about that I thought it was blocking plate to prevent the EASY (less than 30 seconds) unlock from the exposed locking rod when you pry up the door handle. I will try to find a less focused group in here for this question. (I know it is the same for all F150 for a number of years and I...
Question on the door key lock issue. Why not just re-move the attachment rod from the door lock and change it to the blank plug? Trust to always have the charge in the battery to re-mote unlock, or even wire in a hidden power connect to the lock/unlock solenoid.
Submitted (12 Oct 2023) - Antimatter Blue, Priority code 03, dealership claims 3 allocations, I'm the first.
- I lost hope for the '23 I submitted last Oct, Priority code 19, different dealership (was to have 2 allocations, they received ZERO).
Being a little cautious of internet information now days. What was the source, and can you disclose? Don't get me wrong like the table format and thank you for it. Just would like a FORD reference.
Same here 4.5 years and bed dry (other than the little drain slits Ford puts in the rear on each side). Heavy driving in the rain can and does splash a little water in. Could seal them then how would something that does leak inside get out? The front has easy access to my tools, off-road...
I have the 270, Love it. Had to reinforce the toolboxes, I had (and still have) around 50 lbs. in them (each) and a little off-road they cracked at the seams. But the top is heavy duty and secured. The rear folds flat and you have 1/2 the bed and include an AMP bed extender and I'm good to go...
I have an 18 with a Diamondback 270 bed cover (LOVE IT). The new version I've seen from Diamondback just doesn't seems to be same quality. My "R" is on order (maybe, sometime later this year for arrival), so my question is anyone tried to fit a Gen 2 hard cover on a Gen 3? If so, where is the...
Goosetuned above and beyond my COBB installed tune (Stage 2 + FORD Cold Plugs), and still working with me "fine-tuning". So far 502 hp / 584 ft lbs highest with out trying, just my normal driving....
Antimatter Blue, moonroof/Tailgate, (-) heated steering wheel, 5K over MSRP, Chipola Ford, Fl. Placed the order today.
(-) heated steering wheel was the only why it could be ordered... chip shortage on that? What EVER!
Cobb Stage 2 installed, shortly after owning. Last 5 thousand miles or so, lots of slipping on road, especially wide line marks. I shift to 4 A and no slipping, unless aggressive on peddle...
I will be replacing with same KO2s .
FYI, BF worked with Ford to develop this tire,. That tire...
Great points on the Hp & Torque. Didn't the SVT Mustang (2016?) have issues when it first had the independent rear end?
Question is how is the Shelby F150 handling that power?
My Raptor has that floating feeling in the rear, the morning drive has me crossing a small bridge gap at an angle and if not being mindful will put the truck in two lanes. Looking at adding the Hellwig rear anti-sway 7743. JJexp what setting did you set yours at and have you completed the front...
FordTechOne thank you for insight. I've had the grinding noise and turned it in to the dealership. They completed the TSB 20-2307, with the explanation that the problem was corrected. Only when pushed did they even agree with me that the front hubs would be engaged full time...
Grinding noise...
You should try it after installing COBB Stage 2 (520 hp 590 ft-lb). I select 4A or switch to weather driving mode. I like the KO2's and will replace with the same (unless something comes out better, for my driving).
