    Has anyone determined if the coils will bind before the shocks internal/external bump stops are affected? Just curious.

    If your static ride height is “x” your shock shaft is in the same exact position whether you’ve added springs or collars. Unless your referring to coil bind at full compression.

    I’m not sure I buy in to the using of springs vs. collars doesn’t change your shock travel. Adding collars adds “pre-load” which in turn changes the spring rate.
